Refund Policy

All cancellations, for any reason, will be assessed a minimum $100 processing fee. If the cancellation is made within two weeks of camp, except for injury, there is no refund. A camper departing camp early due to an injury in the first half of camp will receive a prorated refund minus the $100 fee. No refunds are given for no-shows, homesickness or campers sent home for disciplinary reasons.

If we are forced to cancel camp there will be a complete refund.
