Refund Policy
All applications include a $100 deposit. Full payment is due three weeks before the camp begins. There is a $50 fee for non-medical cancellations before this deadline. A non-medical cancellation after the three-week deadline results in the forfeiture of all fees paid. Medically verified cancellations will be reimbursed less a $25 administration fee.
