Camp Information
Registration
This takes place in Lund Center on the first day of camp.
Resident campers 4:30-5:30
Day campers 5:15-5:45
**There will not be a meal on the first day.
During the registration process you will receive your team assignments, T-shirt, and dorm key.
Rooming Assignments
Resident campers can room with whomever they wish as long as they choose each other. All rooms are designed for two people and it is preferred that two people stay together. We can accommodate a small number of threesomes with a written request from all three roommates.
In order to best serve your request for a roommate and reduce multiple requests and changes, you will be asked to sign up for your roommate via our website beginning May 1st.
***The college charges $50 per lost key. Each resident camper will be given a room key and is responsible for the return of that key. Lost keys are the responsibility of the camper.***

Absence from camp
It is expected that campers will be at all camp activities and sessions. If there are emergencies we will do whatever we can to facilitate departure from camp. Absences for non-emergency reasons must be arranged in advance with written parental permission for each camper absent. It is critical that we be aware of all absences, including departure and return times.
Refunds
All applications include a $100 deposit. Full payment is due three weeks before the camp begins. There is a $50 fee for all cancellations before this deadline. Cancellation after the three-week deadline results in the forfeiture of all fees paid, except in the case of a medically verified emergency.
Contacts
If parents need to contact a camper, messages may be left at (507) 933-7037. If there is an emergency after normal business hours, call the Gustavus Safety and Security department at (507) 933-8888 or the St. Peter Police Department at (507) 931-1550 and they will relay your message to us.

Camp Rules
If a camper does not abide by camp rules, which are explained on the first day of camp, that camper will be sent home with no refund. A telephone call will be made to parents explaining the situation. Fortunately, throughout the 24-year history of Gustie Basketball and Leadership Camp, this has happened rarely.
