Registration Information

It is our preference that you register online.

All applications include a $100 deposit and can be paid by credit card (after 1/15) or check. A confirmation e-mail will be sent and further correspondence will be by e-mail.

Full payment is due three weeks before the camp begins. There is a $50 fee for all cancellations before this deadline. Cancellation after the three-week deadline results in the forfeiture of all fees paid, except in the case of a medically verified emergency.

If you are choosing to mail in your registration rather than complete it online, please remember to write clearly especially e-mail addresses. E-mail addresses are used for all further correspondence. You can download and print a copy of the brochure which has the registration form included.
